I am so very disappointed in your services right now and your customer service is horrible! I realize that times are tough but they are for everyone. After 25 years of being with your company you would think that would mean a little something but apparently not!!

Major Issues

I have major issues being able to sign in. Accepts username and password, then kicks out and goes back to log in screen. Also takes minutes from the time I open the app till it loads the login screen. Deleted app, reset power , reinstalled, reset power again. Continue to have significant problem signing in. It’s very frustrating. I read the user agreement, this app isn’t even us cellular’s. It contracted by a third party. Doesn’t load properly; have to go back and try to load again; whatever it is I am trying to accomplish with in the app.
