This company just makes a margin on your booking by falsifying discounts. If you’re ever in a pickle like a delayed flight, QEEQ will NOT help you. I found much better service and rates working directly with the rental company. Their insurance is a scam too. Super minimal coverage that won’t give cover you in any real situation that might happen. Approach with caution or better yet do not approach at all…. 0/5 stars.

I can’t even stress this enough. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. Using them will put you out hundreds of dollars like they have done to me. I used QEEQ for a rental in Italy. We arrived at the rental car facility and the company said they have no automatic cars available. We paid a lot more money for an automatic and I had no experience in my life driving a manual so that wasn’t an option. I called QEEQ right away and they spoke with the company snd we were ensured that the automatic car would be available tomorrow. Unfortunately we were staying an hour away in the countryside so we were told by QEEQ to take an Uber out and to keep the receipt so we could be compensated. One 90 euro Uber later we made it to our Airbnb. The next day was when the nightmare continued. We called the company all day checking when our automatic car would be available. We were told 5 pm but that time passed and they said they weren’t going to ever have a car available. At this point we had been waited 24 hours, were stranded at our Airbnb, having to cancel all of our plans cause we couldn’t get anywhere. QEEQ then advised us to rent a car with another company. But since this was a same day booking prices were through the roof. The only rentals we could find were 5 times the price. QEEQ told us to keep the receipt though and that they could cover the differences. This was THREE WEEKS AGO. And to this day QEEQ hasn’t refunded me for the rental WE NEVER GOT. They haven’t refunded the Uber like the said. They haven’t paid the difference of the last minute rental we were forced to get so we didn’t have to cancel the whole trip. They are liars and I honestly have lost so much money using them that I believe they shouldn’t be in business. Please avoid them so you don’t have to go through something like this.
