If a zero star option was available it would be checked. This application does NOTHING to improve your account. It slows you system to a snails pace. Does not remove designated Spam and is very difficult to understand what procedure is needed to be used to remove Spam. Absolute trash, save your money!!!!

This app lets you start and gathers your email and password information and only after it’s finished do you find out that to actually unsubscribe to any of the emails you have to upgrade for $49.99 a year. Complete bait and switch. Do not use this app!!!!

Wish there was a unlimited one time use option that would be cheaper then a full year subscription. I feel more people would choose that option

I have become so overwhelmed with way too many emails and this list just continues to grow…like mold! I was waisting TO MUCH TIME just getting through them all and not even reading them. Most frustrating is that many sites won’t unsubscribe me SO I am really excited to see how well you do in unsubscribing for me. I’ll definitely let you know more at a later time.

People answering emails are rude and don’t understand what is being asked. I tried this app for 5 days and they would not refund my money even after I had been sending emails asking for help on things. It simply was not working for me. Regardless of whose fault it was that it gave me so much trouble, they insisted on prorating a whopping $29.99 annual subscription to charge me a full month (not 5 days) plus keep merchant fees for the credit card. Never received the refund but received a lot of excuses and defensive replies from someone who was taking it way too personal that maybe there is a flaw in their product. If I get locked out of my own email twice in 5 days due to something their app is initiated (so my email thinks I’m hacked) I don’t feel it’s fair to make me pay for a full month. Stay far away. Unroll.me is way better and most things you need are free.
