The interface is terriblly slow to respond to touches. The app is letting calls through that dont even register in the call log. I have unknown callers sent to voice mail, but I still I receive “silenced calls” using the Android’s built in unknown caller feature. The call doesn’t show in the att call log at all. This didn’t happen in the prior app.
I was prompted to change to the Active Armor app from call protect. I have a new Android and yet the screen becomes unresponsive for an unusually long amount of time when trying to block a number. Worse, the call log is far from complete, so I don’t see most of the calls that came in including the numbers that I wish to block. I am reinstalling call protect
On hour TWO of trying to download security for my phone! I have tried so many times, and get to the continue point where you decide on free or $3.99, but it won’t let me choose free at all. I have literally tried to get the free version of this app for two hours now. I’m beyond frustrated with this. I contacted Google development department but it says no reply will be sent to you. I refuse to add another $4.00 to my overpriced AT&T bill that provides subpar service at best.
The app will not allow me to select the free option. I can either pay or delete the app. I deleted the app!
I downloaded this on my Android because it was free from AT&T.Got it all set up had it set up to block unknown callers and it was blocking the people in my contacts so nobody can call worst app ever don’t download it
