Better than I imagined

I was unsure about this app at first but was determined to start working out at home… it immediately impressed me with how the level of organization as well as the what is available for such a great price. Thorough and inclusive meal plans, precise exercise explanations, music for motivation, and requests for feedback in order to personalize better the workout plans. Also reminders to drink water which have been so helpful. Overall I have found this app very helpful and would definitely recommend.
