I booked six transfers through this company. 30 minutes prior to my departure from the US, they call to tell me my transfer for 8am the next morning has been cancelled. I booked several weeks out and had even received confirmation the morning it was cancelled! They made no attempt to help me find another transfer. Due to the short time, there was such limited availability I ended up paying WAY more than my original price. The only compensation I got was an I’m sorry and my original fare returned. I had such high hopes based on the thousands of reviews. So disappointed.
They confirmed my reservation was all set and they didn’t show up. Then later a driver contacted me saying that he was on his way. I had a flight to catch so I had already resolved my transportation to the airport with another company.
I have been asking for a group photo taken at the end of the tour repeatedly and still did not get any. For over one week the provider keeps posting the same response that they will get back to me. Disappointed!
The food! The MUSIC! The service! All were exceptional!
