Always have to delete app when it up dates

When ever there is an update, the app will not work. So i have to delete app and download new one. This deletes all my favorites and all the previous work orders... what a hassle. Never have liked this app since we have started to use it 2 years ago. The app works great... when it works.... Sorry Michelin.... app is not as good as the tires you make..

Won’t open

I can’t open the app with the update on 11-6-2020. I tap the icon it flashes like it’s going to open but goes back to my phone Home Screen. Can someone help me out with this please ?
