Couldn't schedule an appointment, "prayer" thing feels intrusive

I couldn't figures out how to schedule an appointment with this app, which is why the downloaded it. There's a prominent "prayer notification" feature that seems bizarre and intrusive. I want to make an appointment with my doctor, not be subject to proselytizing. I deleted the app.

Things nightmares are made of

I haven’t dealt with a interface this bad in a medical app in 10 years. Dignity needs to look at switching to something different as large as they are they should be better than this app. It’s slow, glitchy, doesn’t make it easy to maneuver through screens. It makes you want to pull your hair out… wondering who designed and coded this app and how Google allowed it.

Terrible

It took Dignity forever to come up with a paciente site and they did a terrible job.It freezes up all the time and not user friendly at all.

Not functional

I loved using the website and was forced to use the app. I am unable to log in on the website at all with the same log in information. With the app, nothing works. My doctors aren’t listed in that section, my doctor appointments barely show up and the patient portal takes me to a blank screen most of the time. This app is worthless.
