Very poor navigation

As someone in their 20’s I feel fairly tech savvy, but this app doesn’t navigate well, for example, the back in the upper left drops you out of the app entirely to have you re-login and search all over. And trying to pay bills through this is the WORST!!! If the hospital wants my money why make it so difficult?? I don’t have any paper copies, I have my patient ID number, which is appertaining useless I need some other code, THAT I DON’T HAVE BECAUSE I WANT TO USE THIS APP DO ADDRESS ALL MY NEEDS. Frustrating is an understatement.

Useless app for useless healthcare providers

This app never works, when I click it it takes me to the “my portal” website where I have to sign in and then I have to click “go to my portal” where it opens another window where I have to sign in again and then it’s not even the portal, it’s some weird modified version of the website.

Don’t bother

I was waiting for lab results and was asked to set up an account. Setting up account is easy but no information is available on the portal/app. The app won’t reload with updated info. When I tried the “chat help” any question I typed in, it would send a response and link for Covid. They obviously are not paying attention to the problems and glitches in the app. Just call your Dr office with questions because this app is crap
