Worthless

This app is worthless and a waste of time. I have spent two weeks trying to create an account but continue to receive an error message “ an error happened in the attempt to connect to the server” I have reported this twice by email to Renault and called their tech-support twice. I have received two different answers. No one seems to understand why it does not work on an Android running iOS 14.8. I am beyond frustrated. Also, you have to upload six photos, and two pages of demographics data before it pings the server, and only then do you find out that the server is not working. The program should tell you after the first screen so you do not waste so much time taking and uploading six photographs.
