Intellecto Kids Learning Games for Android

I used my device for original subscription (making sure my child can’t make unauthorized purchases). Now I am not able to log in on his personal device. I log in with my email and it’s making me pay again. If he can’t continue use on his personal device with the log in created (since I bought a year subscription, I feel like the app is not worth the hassle. How can progress actually be stored if it isn’t even acknowledged when you sign in ?

I just downloaded the app and no matter how many times I close it or open it continues to freeze at the intro. Haven’t been able to move past it since. I’m on day 2 with the app.

My daughters obsessed with this game but sadly most of the time it’s crashing what a waste! Cmon workout the bugs already we’re getting charged for this

I understand these apps are for convenience but if I’m going to be paying a subscription I’d like to be able to use it. Every time my daughter attempts to use the app for her screen time it crashes where the dinosaur egg freezes, the screen goes black and freezes, or the game doesn’t load past 67%. I’m finding myself spending more time closing and reopening the app.

My son loves this app but it’s getting frustrating when you pay for a years subscription and can’t even make it through a round of a game with a pop up asking you to subscribe to a weekly payment for evaluations. I’m on the verge of just deleting it because it causes him to get so upset that it won’t let him complete levels.
