Old Version More User Friendly

While the older version was easier for me to use, the newer version contains more features.

Requires IOS 13 even for an old installation to run

I used this app successfully for nearly three years. As far as I know, it is the only way to link these hearing aids to Bluetooth. When this new version was released, the old version would no longer work—it tries to update and if you have an old Android (6 or earlier) the update fails and the old reliable version won’t run even though it is still installed on you phone. Bad software management!

Inconsistent App

More often then not, when I open the app to check the battery power left, or to change a listening setting or the volume, I get the instruction page, telling me how to pair my hearing AIDS; totally useless. I have to go into my phone settings through accessibility and hearing devices to make any adjustments. This is probably the worst app of “ANY” of my phone apps.

TVA is worthless

Since upgrading to the Android 12Pro the wireless connection is worthless. Keeps loosing connection and can’t control volume.
