FlyEx - The Best Flight Deals for Android

I’ve booked 2 successful flights with them, but lately when I book, they cancel the flight within hours!!! They say the flight hasn’t been confirmed and prices change…smh. I’ve gotten this done to me 3 times!!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I booked a flight right before the pandemic started. When travel was stopped because of covid I called to ask about canceling my flight. I can’t remember exactly how it went since it was so long ago but I know that I had to wait for about 4 hours on the phone before I could talk to someone. When I finally got in contact with customer service I was told that I would be able to cancel my flight and because of the pandemic I would get a credit (my flight was $1010) to use when I book my next flight. As we all know and have experienced, the pandemic lasted VERY long with its travel restrictions, quarantines, etc. As everything has just begun to setting back to normal my trip that was scheduled for the summer of 2020 was moved to this summer (2022) and so I have to rebook my flight. I called FlyEx a few months back in February on a few different occasions and was not able to get through to anyone on their phones. As the summer approaches I called again today and got right though, no waiting. When I explain what I would like to do to the man on the phone he found me a flight and then told me that I would have to pay the difference, which I can understand because the flights are more expensive now than when I booked in 2020. He then told me that my credit was expired and I would have to get in direct contact with the airline my previous flight for whatever reason. I tried to tell him that I wasn’t informed of the credit expiration back in 2020 but instead of letting me finish my sentence he told me again “it’s expired it’s expired”! I then let him talk and repeat what he had just told me again before trying to ask if I could have FlyEx send me an email explaining the credit and their policies on its expiration a long with my flight information from 2020 but I once again was cut off after “would it be possible to have an email sen….” With the man just repeating himself and getting angry at me for god knows what reason after I kept trying to say my piece. I am not one to say anything rude to someone who is doing me a service or anyone in that matter but I finally I got so fed up and told him that he was not even letting me ask my question or get a word it. How is he supposed to help me if he won’t even let me ask my question. After saying he was being extremely rude and it was bot good customer service he asked me again if I would like him to book the flight!! I said no and let him know I will NEVER be doing any type of service with FlyEx again. I have had so many small issues with this company/app/ whatever they are but this disrespectful man on the phone was my last straw. If you read this far then I hope this is enough to repel you from giving FlyEx any of your business and money. A DISGRACE!!!!

This people are a joke I did find a good price on a ticket I purchase for my mom and. Then she went to the airport and was not allowed to take plain even that she had negative COVID test the issue is that you can’t travel thru shengen area which was. From Kosovo to Austria Vienna. And to New York That is why they didn’t let her flight When I call Austrian airlines they say the agency has to contact us so we can figured it something out. This girl her name is Tina from flyex I’m not sure if she means to lie to me or Meybe she is pushed to lie but the bottom of it I’m not getting no answer. And I’m gonna file for complaint and I’m sure I will get refund or credit from Austrian airline I highly recommend not to use this app from what I’m experiencing I don’t think this people want to help they’re costumers and that changes I’m sure I would gladly report that in here

I booked two flights both at the same time. My card was charged but I was never sent an email confirmation of the flight. When I called three times. One representative hung up on me because I asked her to repeat herself due to the language barrier, the second representative very rude and wasn’t helpful, the third representative was fairly nice. They charged my card but when I called the flight was cancelled and I never received confirmation of that.

The concept and idea of this app is definitely a good one. However the execution is horrible in the fact that you can’t even use it. You can’t change the travelers from the app, and anytime you try to search for an airport it just gives you a blank screen until you hit back it then starts to load. But at that point it’s too late because you’re already going back to the home screen. Unfortunately there are way too many bugs in the coding for this to be deemed a good app.
