The app doesn’t work. Won’t allow you to connect and flight attendants cannot help. Very disappointing seeing that I have a 9 hour flight....
After downloading and connecting my Android to Telekom Flynet Wifi - the app was stuck at the Connect start page. It remained stuck and the onboard flight staff cannot help either. I was disappointed since I wanted to use my Beatsx wireless phones to watch the movies over my Android. Also the Lufthansa companion app refused to pair with the seat. Something is wrong with the Lufthansa quality assurance since none of the Lufthansa apps work on the plane! Flight LH490 2/17/2018
