I LOVE THE CANDYBONG ITS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL LIGHTSTICK!!!

Won’t connect.

My app says “this app is not a candybong you can connect to. Please connect to another candybong.” What gives? It works on android however the last three light settings didn’t work so I wanted to use my Mobile. But it won’t let me?! Please fix.

Trouble with Skin Settings

I haven’t had trouble with the app until the recent update. Admittedly I haven’t used the lightstick in some time. I used to have the skin setting set up already. But now when I try to change it the screen goes dark and I can’t select anything.
