enhanced caller id setting didn't exist at first

only downloaded for the caller id feature, but when i followed the directions to turn it on i found the setting was not available. i even closed all my apps and restarted my phone. Edit: received a response from the support team, so I tried again and now the setting exists. Very weird that the feature didn't exist and now it does, but thanks I guess...
