APK (Android Package Kit) files are the raw files of an Android app. Learn how to install smartline-second-phone-number.apk file on your phone in 4 Simple Steps:
Yes. We provide some of the safest Apk download mirrors for getting the SmartLine Second Phone Number apk.
We needed office lines so this does save your contact info in the app and in the phone for you. You can dial out from that business line. I love the option to text and sent photos thru the app as well. Great for on line sales. I do wish I could connect more than 1 line to my phone tho bc I run 2 businesses. 2 locations.
It doesn’t alert you when a customer sends you a text. No sound, no badge, no banner. The app doesn’t even show up under “settings-notifications” I’ve missed multiple messages and lost business over it. Getting a reputation for not being responsive is unacceptable. I’d like to port the number but read nightmare reviews of the process. I have so much marketing material with this number on it. Very unhappy.
Back in May, the Smartline stopped working. According to the error message, GoDaddy was notified of the issue. Two weeks later, it hadn’t been fixed; I was still unable to use the product I had paid for. Thankfully, I was able to see if I had messaged by logging into my GoDaddy account. That was all I could do. I wasn’t even able to log into the app. I’d click to log in and I’d receive a message telling me something went wrong, a message was sent to GoDaddy notifying them of the issue and the problem would be resolved shortly. Two weeks or more is NOT the definition of “shortly.” I called customer service to get the Smartline fixed. After uninstalling then reinstalling the app twice it still was giving an error code that started with “Oops.” Something did go wrong but it wasn’t fixed. I called on a Sunday. The GoDaddy Customer Service Representative told me the Smartline Customer Service Department is closed on Sundays and I’d receive a call back on Monday. Wednesday was the first day I was able to make a follow up call after not hearing back from the SmartLine Customer Service Department. Again, the GoDaddy Customer Service Representative was unable to fix the issue and patched me through to the tech department. After OVER an hour on hold I hung up. Then, I sent a message to GoDaddy, then removed the app and canceled the product as it made no sense to have a product I can’t use and that no one was able to fix. After this, I received 2 text messages from GoDaddy to see if someone could help me with my issue. After multiple text messages starting on May 27th and the last one on June 12th no one was able to figure out what happen. The last text message I received stated the issue was sent into another department and I have not yet heard back from GoDaddy in regards to why their product failed nor I have received a refund.
Another “free number” app where you actually have to pay money to use it. No thanks.
I have to have this for work. 1.) there needs to be a way to saved numbers besides them going into my phone’s contact. 2.) a better way to listen to voicemails 3.) needs to run smoothly if y’all could do that. Great. Other wises I hate it
