App is Super Slow and Buggy

First let me say, Our Company loves GoDaddy and use MANY of its products. However, we are getting really frustrated at the slow responsiveness of the conversation app. No, it’s not our connection… No, it’s not our devices… And no, it’s not user error… We us this on many platforms, equipment, locations, and personnel and it’s glitching on every single one of them. Time is money and we are loosing valuable time and looking silly to our customers with our extreme lags in our conversations. You can do better GoDaddy.

Gallery flaw

Everything is great except for the gallery option. There is not a way to add an image with a gallery of small thumbnails and a broad description within one container. Only option is to have a description for each photo. This makes it difficult to keep someone on the same page while reviewing all photos for one item. Instead they have to expand and be directed to a new page for additional images and information.

Terrible design and customer service

I signed up for a website design, experienced several delays due to ‘technical difficulties’. Once they finally finished the draft, I saw it was hardly better than the one I had made. Then once I saw the terrible work they did, they refused to give me a full refund. Stay away! Amateurs with no skill. You have been warned.
