The original App was great, it had the full menu and let you customize your sandwiches. However, with each update, the menu selection became less and less. Now, it has hardly anything on the menu and you can’t order anything that’s not listed in the App. Please bring back the original App with the full menu, or at the very least allow people to add sandwiches that are on the menu but not listed in the App

App bugged out when creating an account. Now it says my phone number is in use when I try and create a new account, but it errors out if I try and reset my password

Look everywhere on the app under my account, home page, FAQs even tried to click the inquire here and it didn’t take me anywhere I could only contact but I didn’t place any order so I was unable I do so. Why give us the incentive to refer a friend if we are unable to refer in the first place?

It took 50 minutes for an online order. In store orders take preference by 2 to 1 per employee at store. Be aware.

I would give their service a zero rating. I ordered a sandwich 2 hours in advance yet they are 15 minutes past the delivery time and are still not done making my sandwich. Someone needs to be fired.
