GetTransfer: Transfers & Rides for Android

The first driver I paid for did not show they would not give me a refund only credit forced me to use another driver he was fine but I find this policy very unfair I should’ve gotten a full cash refund

They do not pay their drivers do not use this app they are stealing from the drivers

I travel very often and I’m used to issues with travel, delays etc., but GetTransfer is perhaps the most unprofessional travel service I’ve used. I booked a long-distance transfer with them 5 days in advance (paid upfront). The driver didn’t show up and didn’t answer phone calls. GetTransfer made impossible to get in touch with them: I called all 4 numbers they provide (US, UK, Cyprus, China) multiple times. Once someone answered and said they will resolve and call me back - I never received a callback. I emailed them to no response and chatted with them until they ghosted me right after explaining my case. Zero customer support… Finally, they told me to take taxi (it’s 180 miles) and that they will not pay for it, just refund me!!!

APL is. Ice and very convenient, but using it takes lots of patience. Once you can see your address, or you can’t see that window. Once you see button to Offer your rate, next time it’s not there. Communication with driver at the same level. I texted to driver, he told me he never saw my text.

I ordered a transfer from Plitvice Lakes to Split. The driver never showed, and never even cancelled the ride. I had to contact them before they told me they had “car problems” and couldn’t come. Now the company refuses to give me back my money to my card.
