Servers routinely shut down for restaurants and causes delays in orders. On top of that, the app gives you a ridiculously incorrect wait time that does not account for the shortage of drivers on the app. I placed one order and the wait time was “45 minutes.” After not being contacted for over an hour I called the restaurant and found that only one driver was working that night and I didn’t get my food for 2 hours after ordering. Horrible experience, don’t use this app! Clearly it would make the drivers lives a lot easier if you didn’t.

The app was horrible! Not only did they not bring us our food, they charged us like 3 times. They also let us order from restaurants that aren’t even open. Rigged. Caroline called like 50 times and it they never answered. I really want my dumplings!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bro??

Found out about this app yesterday. This whole day, me and my girlfriend have been daydreaming about using this app to order dinner from SushiLove with FOODPOINTS. Yet, here we are at dinner time, sushi-less. When we tried to make an account, it gave us an error. We tried dozens of times on different devices but no luck. Normally, I don’t leave bad reviews, but I was really looking forward to this. The biggest buzzkill.
