The app isn’t the best online ordering experience but gets the job done. There is a major issue though. I placed an order and, as an idiot, I didn’t check for all of the items before leaving. At least my specific restaurant very often misses items. I noticed this after getting home and called hoping to get a refund. Turns out, when you order thru the app there is no way to get a refund over the phone. I was told I can drive there and show my phone. So the convenience factor of the app was lost when I didn’t get the food I needed, and have to make a trip later if I want my $15 I paid for items I didn’t get. For me that’s a deal breaker for using this app in the future.
It’s been months and I still haven’t been able to set up an account to order.

Food is great but the app is not very user friendly.
