I have use this app for the past year or so and it seems to work pretty well except that you can’t actually see your e-gift card’s current value or delete it when it’s empty! So now I have a bunch of old gift cards cluttering my list and I can’t remember which one to use because the current values don’t display. It just says “No transactions found“. Please fix!

Put Google Pay on the app The app keeps declining my cards for no reason I double checked with my bank and there is nothing wrong with my cards!

The whole point of order through the app is to not wait in the lines. The fact that it barely starts getting made when you arrive defeats the whole purpose. I Might as well order like everyone else waiting to get their order taken. My restaurant is super busy so it’s frustrating.

Most of the time it won’t add your reward when you want to use it, and the associates at the store have no idea what to do. I don’t have a half hour to mess with this thing every time that I want a taco.

Apps seems to take order regardless of store opening hours… Told me to pick up the order at 10:25am when the store opens at 11am. I had to wait in the car for good 30mins. The apps should have warned or shouldn’t have taken the order. At least give me an alert that my selected store opens at 11am! Waste of my time!
