جاهز كان من افضل تطبيقات التوصيل وللاسف صار من اسوء التطبيقات لا خدمة عملاء ولا اسلوب

I was going to give this a 3 star until I opened the AppStore page and the first review that popped was relating customer service from 4 years ago. To me it’s astonishing that a basic feature that could be found for free and added to the app is not there. Contacting customer service within the app can only be done via phone call which makes no sense unless the matter is urgent. For anything else like bugs etc. customers aren’t invested that much in your company to call you, but they’ll send you a message since it doesn’t require much from them. This basic necessity which is found in every other platform small or big is somehow not available within the app. My message to the management don’t add value on the cost of fundamentals. Edit: No one puts an “about us” section in an app.

اول بدايات التطبيق كان ممتاز لكن موخرآ صار جدآ سيئ سوا من جودة الخدمة من قبل المندوبين او من الدعم الفني كذا مره يجيني طلب ناقص او جودتة سيئةواشتكي ويقولون ارفعي بريد بالشكوى ولا يحصل شي لا تعويض ولا تواصل ندمت على كل واحد نصحته يجربه لن فعلآ خساره الحين يمكن لي فوق ٣٠٠ ريال تعويضات عن طلبات ناقصه او جودتها سيئه ولا حصلت اي رد الا ارجعي ارفعي شكوى بالبريد

للأسف لا يوجد تعديل او الغاء الطلب لان اليوم طلبت بنتي بالغلط وما قدرت تلغي الطلب ابدا والرقم حقهم لما اتصلت لازم تستنى ١٠ دقايق عشان يردوا والرجال قيده وصل المحل 👎🏻

افضل تطبيق توصيل 🚚 بالمملكة ( أسعار المطاعم معقوله ولا فيها جشع) واحترام العميل وخدمة العملاء راقيه
