Spanish for Android

We have had the application for over a month, but cannot reset the parent portal password. We are able to reset it within the game/app, but it doesn’t change the parent portal, so it is now inaccessible and leaves us unable to change our subscription. Additionally, when using their website to access the parent portal, the reset password link only shows when you attempt to subscribe with an already existing account, but following the password reset form leads to an HTTP 500 error after trying to submit the email to reset the parent portal password. AND when trying to respond to the welcome emails that say to respond if you need help, they reject all messages that are not part of their domain, effector blocking the ability to ask for help!

My first and second graders love this game. I love that is uses whole sentences in Spanish. They played through a lot of levels, and I would definitely give it 5 stars for learning Spanish. But now we can’t login on any of our devices because the screen size doesn’t fit the size of our devices and the buttons are hidden. I tried customer service months ago and didn’t get any help.

I’ve had the app 2 weeks now and have heard sound ONCE. I’ve reached out to them multiple times and have not heard back! And yes, I’ve tried all the typical (restarting, deleting, reinstalling etc). Terrible app and terrible customer service.

The app is free to download but costs a monthly fee to use after the trial. Very deceiving. No cost info listed in the description. In fact, money isn’t even mentioned until after they collect your email address.

Fun and easy to use. My 9 year old enjoyed it, but thought it would be great for kids younger than her. She still learned some basics and had fun.
