Dr. Music listened and was very helpful. After attempting to use numerous BayCare Publix locations, with many issues getting to a doctor or closed sites, I was so glad to access a doctor on my phone on the BayCare App. It’s a shame the Publix sites were not working.
Doctor sent over wrong Rx. Then I called customer service and they said Dr not answering call but they would email him. Never heard back. Then called again and just asked to refund previous Dr visit and I would see another provider because who knew how long it would take to fix. I logged onto app and there were ONLY 2 providers with multiple people waiting. I selected one and waited for over a hour only to have system transfer me to another provider who was offline! I ended up with no help!
Got in contact with a provider pretty quick. They didn’t have a hard time understanding my current condition and made recommendations for what could help. Surprised I haven’t used this sooner.
Provider was professional and personable. Help address all concerns.
