The ID will work if you have it running in the background. However, I’ve noticed that it takes a much longer time to process than an actual physical card. My electronic ID has also completely disappeared from within the app and logging in doesn’t do anything.
the new portal makes this app better but PLEASE let me add my ID to Google pay. It's the worst logging in every time and standing there just so I can scan in the gate. we shouldn't have to log in every time!!
As others have stated, having to log in every time is annoying, and navigating it is confusing and frustrating. Not user-friendly at all.
Why did you not add ID cards into Google Pay. This app is a pain to use it would be much easier to put HID door control in the Google Pay
I don’t know why it won’t let me log in. Having a mobile app would be great but right now it’s not functioning.
