This app has allowed me to connect to fellow business owners and to reach my clients on a more personal level, which allows me to create designs with a persons individuality.
This app is absolutely horrible. My nail tech uses this app. Booking an appointment is too time consuming. My biggest frustration is you can’t save your credit card info like you can in styleseat or Vagaro. You have to enter ALL your information to include email for every single appointment! It takes forever. Also you don’t get reminder emails and notifications about upcoming appointments. Just not user friendly for the customers. It to the point I’m considering using another nail tech because it’s so frustrating. Imagine having to enter all your info every time you purchase from Amazon. Unacceptable!!
Don’t know why they removed notifications when someone is on your site but it’s a huge mistake to remove it. They need to bring it back NOW… it was hands down the best feature on this app and now I’m wondering what do I even need this app for now.
People are using these programs to hack into these supposed safe spaces to communicate with members but instead receiving 50+ messages from somebody who is fishing and trying to get into accounts and wicks is providing absolutely ZERO support to PREVENT THIS. It’s a shame as I had hoped for any easy integration but not at the expense of the groups I work with.
I didnt want the app anymore and tried to delete account, only to to waste 1hr fiddling on the app with no progression.
