Often have to turn device off and back on and occasionally this helps. Pictures in phone sometimes upload and sometimes not - very frustrating program released with too many issues before go live. Have been using for a few years and some things better - others not so much.
Freezes for days. When it freezes, the only option is to uninstall then reinstall. I’m on my second reinstall.
This app while functional can cost nurses a lot of time when it freezes up and doesn’t save drafts.
