Open the app, i see my A/C, i can turn it on or off, once, then the app crashes to home. Every. Single. Time. Ive tried w wifi on and off. Same result.

Not one single control works anymore except the on and off button. Absolute garbage app. This should be redone completely because the current version is a fail

The app doesn’t work anymore. The latest update totally killed the functionality of the app. I used to be able to start the AC through the app or change the temperature through the app, but not anymore. Sometimes the app crashes as soon as I open it, several times in a row. What a failure by developers! It’s not some sophisticated program, it’s a basic appliance! I feel duped because one of the reasons I bought this AC is because of the app and being able to start the AC before I get home. It’s too late to return it. Wasted money. Do not buy GE products with Wi-Fi, they are stealing your money.

This app use to decent. When I downloaded it in the summer of 2021 it worked great. I was able to set my weekly routine for when I came home from work and adjust the settings from my phone. This summer, the app is garbage. Any time I hit the routine button, the location settings or try to adjust the settings the app crashes. I’ve tried logging out and in, deleted and reinstalling the app and deleting and reinstalling the device. Same result. Only thing the app does for me now is turn it on and off. I may as well just hold onto my remote. Very disappointed.

App used to work well and reliably. Paid extra for units that could be controlled from phone. The app hasn’t worked right in almost two years now. Fix it!!!!!! Fix it!!!!!! FIX IT!!!!!
