i have now had to order my meal twice because the store that i selected wasn’t the store that the app decided i was getting food from. it’s impossible to see the location and if you have to go back and change your order the app will change your location.
I have made this suggestion several times in the App Store, but your app developers seem to not read the comments. I see other comments regarding this same topic. So here it is again - The orange font on white background is extremely difficult to read. Last night i even asked the manager of one of your store’s if she could read the order on my phone and said no I cannot read that. Please fix this. Other than that, the app is awesome.
I tried to put an order in yesterday and it kept glitching when I was creating a bowl - it kept telling me to choose 0-2 items when I had chosen 4, I tried re-applying the items but the error message persisted. It also would not let me add scallions. When I finally got through that issue, I went to pay and it said my card was declined. Several other people I was with also tried to put the order on their device and it said their cards were declined as well! There was nothing wrong with any of our cards (they worked at the register!), so the app payment system is completely broken. We had to drive to the location to order and pay, which is what we were trying to avoid, but we had no choice because the app is useless for ordering-purposes. Next time we won’t even bother trying, we can easily order from other businesses! Fix the app if you don’t want to loose customers.
Hit the “reorder” button on the app. I’ve ordered the same thing the last 3 times. Thought I was getting my usual custom ahi poke bowl. After getting back to my office, I opened it up to find tuna with white rice. No veggies, jalapeños, wonton chips, or sauce. Either terrible service or a terrible app. Very disappointed today compared to previous experiences.
