Waste of money, regret paying for it, refuses to let me shut down, hangs Android, starts up all over again after waking from sleep, then takes forever to load, no way to change setting, pure trash, waste of money, go elsewhere.
I thought that if it’s a PAID app it would be better than the FREE… Very upset. Slow. Notifications don’t take me to the message. Most times when I click anywhere it’s not responding.
When PDF docx received, this app was not able to download them to my computer for viewing. Android OS asked me to find a program to be able to open PDF's downloaded through this app. I installed the competitors free app and the exact same file downloaded and was recognized as a standard PDF file. Not sure why this paid app was incapable of doing such a basic function. Uninstalled it! Waste of time and a couple of bucks
Both the Download image and replace background image feature in BetterChat for WhatsApp has never worked in four years in the Android version. When I try to send a message to text support from the web site it always tell me i’m a bot and my message can’t be sent. Please fix all three issues ASAP.
The app does not allow for VIDEO / AUDIO calls as it is ADVERTISED. When emailing them they set up the website to deny your emails based on a "Bot" test but really sends you in circles. DO. NOT. BUY.
