Does not show my location

To sign up, you need to pick a “favorite store”, but none of the locations were anywhere near me; the closest location that it shows is 250 miles from me even though we have 3 stores within 17 miles. Hopefully this gets fixed soon

Needs some upgrades but works for me

I can order my food on this app just fine and I love garbanzos so I use it often. The downsides of this app is that it won’t save my card info even when I click for it to save it so I enter it every time and I really wish they would offer an Google Pay option. It’s just easy to use.

Errors Abound

All kinds of error codes pop up. Some of them I can just click through, some I cannot. Example, the app does not recognize that there is now a Garbanzos in Lakewood, CO. And so when I search for it in locations it tells me it is not recognized.

App needs work

You can’t redeem rewards in store, you have to order online.. now I have to wait

Bad App

Garbanzo has good food but this app makes me not want to go through the trouble of ordering it. I get an error message about my basket when I try to apply my earned rewards, I can’t edit items once they’re in the basket, there are menu items listed in the app that the stores don’t have like the garlic sauce, and I never get responses from the restaurant when I tell them about these issues.
