I would rather go back to not having an app at all than have this bus company that risks the lives of students. Recently, a Zum bus drove off the road in Howard County, MD and flipped on its side. Several students had to go to the hospital. This was just a regular route home after school in clear weather. No excuse. There have been no serious school bus accidents in the area until Zum took over the routes. Less than a year into their contract, and they already prove they can’t be trusted. Zum is an app company but not a serious transportation option. Do not trust them if you want your kids to get home safely!
The interior of the bus is excessively dirty, with my kids noting numerous instances of trash on the floor, gum on the seats, and an unpleasant stench. I'm curious about the frequency of your cleaning routine. Kindly address this concern promptly.
