You can’t call yourself a delivery service if you can’t deliver to the customers door! I go out to pick up the order 90% of the time, but the moments I can’t I have to deal with rude drivers who tell me they don’t have to bring the food to my door. So if I have to get up at night, in the middle of winter, freezing cold, and dress myself and my little child (while we’re both very ill) so I can get out of the warmth and comfort of my home to go outisde and pick up the delivery, kind of defeats the purpose of the delivery??? At that point I can just go to any place nearby?? I have made 49 orders in 4 months!!!! Forget my business! No more! TRULY THE LAST TIME. Good luck to others

I’ve been waiting more than an hour since I ordered and I am still waiting while I write this review. There’s no way I can contact the courier and the contact number for customer service is out of service. DO NOT USE BABOON!!!

Have an English option!!!!! Cannot understand the local language

There have been times when the order was delivered 30min to 1hr late, and that means throwing the food into the garbage, who would eat a cold pizza or dish. The climax was a few weeks ago when the app told me the food was delivered and I hadn’t received it. Had to call customer service to learn that my food was never picked up. This is ridiculous. Will never use baboon service again.
