Dunkin' for Android

Easy to use love not having to say my whole order , just hate that sometimes it randomly changes the location and you can’t cancel the order so you get stuck driving to the other location..

If you order an item on the app, pay for it, and then get to the store and they tell you they are out of what you wanted, you can’t get a refund in the store for that item.

For the past three days my app told me it was under maintenance so for the past three days I wasn’t able to scan for points

It would be a lot more convenient if we could leave a tip when we place an app order because people such as myself doesn’t carry cash on me. Also, if I want something extra added to my order I don’t have an option to add an extra ingredient. I love the app and I know what I wish could be added to the app isn’t a big deal to some or maybe most but it is to me.

I want to be able to create my standard order and then save it. Just before I leave my house I can place the order and it's ready when I get there. Subway can do this, why not Dunkin Donuts? (I will forever use the old name)
