Anchor for Android

I love my Anchor app and the podcast it has allowed me to create. It is such a great creative outlet for me. I have really been learning how to express myself and reach people. It is something that is very important to me and I really value the content that I have created.

So as of writing today I got a MacBook Pro and to my surprise the anchor app is not available on the MacBook App Store which is a major oversight and as someone who uses it to record and was hoping to send a message from my laptop to my friend the next time we record this is a problem and I hope that this is resolved in the future and by that I mean ASAP!

I started a podcast with anchor during Trumpy The Clown’s First impeachment process, immediately after listening to Michael Moore’s podcast, rumble, in which he recommended it, and said that it only took five minutes to get started! Michael Moore wasright, and I have been extremely satisfied with anchor in the year or two that I have been podcasting. I have recorded several seasons of material, and my show has evolved from being current events commentary, to a comedy/interview podcast. I’ve changed the name several times, from #STICKITTOTHEMAN! Show, w/#Trista4SheriffSenateGov&Prez! Then. #AFROSOULSISTATRISTA inspired byThe #BLM, #BlackExcellence, #BlackHistoryMonth,#Afrobeat, #FelaKuti & #Kingshilohsoundsystem,In particular. As a journalist/writer, I have used this platform as a means to ‘write’ a series of literary radio plays, showing a slice of life in modernday America amid #TrumpVirus, allowing me to ‘spread my wings,’ as it were, as a commentator. Now, after the season called #THATSWHATUP! Show, ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL w/#TRISTA4GOVERNATOR! I am focusing on #ComedyAs a priority; and arranging to host shows with #KAMP, student radio at the University of Arizona; and #KPYT, Pascua Yaqui tribal radio here in #Tucson, #Arizona. I’m also applying to be a @thedailyshow correspondent for @trevornoah, perhaps the first foreign correspondent for the daily show? Besides the freedom of being able to swear I like a sailor if I feel like it (It’s my podcast/and I’ll f*****+ swear if I want to!)– which would get me banned from every other platform on the Internet – so I am very grateful and thankful to anchor for providing me with the only space in America where there still is free speech! Also, I feel like anchor is the only place where I can freely express myself, and my opinions, without being harassed by Russian Trump trolls! Currently, I am using all major social media apps, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, to lobby on behalf of the public’s best interest. This is a tumultuous time in American politics, and anchor is the perfect launchpad for women and minorities, liberal voices, which are not heard in today’s rabid, right wing fascistic environment. I have invited Mary L Trump, Michael Cohen, Al Franken and others to be interviewed on my podcast.So far, I have heard nothing, but one day, maybe I will get a big fish on my show, get 1 million subscribers, and liveLike a kingoff of myPodcasting skills! :) Here are a few aspects that I appreciate in particular: First of all, the analytics are very helpful to understanding what works and what doesn’t with podcasting. Second, I’m very happy indeed with the way that my podcast is automatically distributed to all the other platforms, Spotify, Apple et cetera et cetera. so far I have only MadeA few bugs, but hey, when I get 1 million subscribers, that will all change!
