Good Cinema. Horrible app.

The app is bad. Show me the movies and the show times. Don’t log me out constantly. It looks like this was a bad port from their mobile web app.

Can’t redeem multiple ticket credits

We are members of Cinema West Gold Club where we get 2 free tix per month. App only lets you redeem a single ticket, when adding a second seat purchase it doesn’t offer a ticket credit option just charged options.

Application would not let choose my nearest cinema. I keep clicking in my cinema’s name, location, etc and nothing happens

Being charged monthly, can’t get ahold of support

Honestly, I think I’m being hustled out of $20 per month. It worked the day I bought it and that’s it. Being charged monthly, can’t get ahold of support, can’t login. Please send help if this is a real subscription.
