Developer team, You should take advice from the people who use the service if this is PayPal Business. PayPal Business version of the app should have 1) very quick front page link to OUTSTANDING invoices - invoices sent, and especially NOT paid yet. This is in the website version but it would be so easy to put in the Business version of the app 2) front page invoicing hot link, front page outstanding like 1 3) this is not just about using websites to sell products. Many contractors, many small businesses are using invoices - 4) ASK for FEEDBACK in the app. It’s very egocentric of your development team to not have it immediately in the links - “give us feedback because we are developers and don’t think like business owners” that’s a fact and business owners know it, and developers should accept that fact, the two don’t think the same and the developer team should have a manager overseeing them that their sole job is to listen to those that use the product and fund their salaries
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE FOR A BUSINESS … THE ABSOLUTE WORST…HOW CAN YOU MANAGE YOUR BUSINESS AMS PAY RENT FOR YOUR LOCATION AND MONTHLY FEES FOR SOFTWARE AND YOU DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY UNTIL SOMEONE DECIDES TO GIVE IT TO YOU…THEN YOUR ONLY SOLUTION IS TO ALLOW THE CUSTOMER TO SAY WHETHER THEY RECEIVED IT OR NOT….
