These ppl giving one star reviews must not have any tech common sense. For one this machine connects via Bluetooth and not WiFi. I turned the machine on and went to settings. It tells you the code to pair with your phone and it connected right away. Only one connection at a time as it’s Bluetooth. At first I envisioned making coffee from bed, but then I thought nah it has to be powered on and still do a rinse cycle into the tray. So if your looking for that aspect from this machine or app, keep looking. The feature that’s useful from the phone app is creating and naming a custom drink. It then will show up on the front display of the dinamica plus and you can make it with the button. There are a few other useful things the app can do, but mostly your still gonna be pressing a button on the front led screen to make the coffee.
The app is terrible, impossible to connect the app is supposed to send a verification email which I never received despite multiple tries. Delonghi please fix this
Better never use this app.
Have tried to register many times - called customer support - they needed to kick to tech support - uploaded copy of receipt per their request - still nothing Will try calling customer support again but this machine may get sent back
The milk quantity appears in cm!
