My app is stuck on MotoGP and I cannot change events. Some of my tickets don’t go to Google wallet. Very buggy, poorly laid out and infrequent updates.
So it holds your ticket, but it can be so much better. Great ideas have already been submitted in the existing reviews.
48 hours before the event and I can’t access my tickets.
Purchased tickets to MotoGP was charged and charge went through on my credit card, I saw the tickets on the app and now all of a sudden it is showing "no tickets purchased" os some such B.S. I called my CC company just to be sure the tickets were charged and yes they were! Ridiculous!!!!
I am literally looking at my seats on the Ticketmaster website and it’s saying the tickets are on the cota app. I download this useless app and it’s neither in my Ticketmaster account or my cota account. CTRL+ALT+DELTE this app and fire the company who designed it.
