When using an older Android Pro computer running Android 10.11, the application quits when the user clicks on the Convert Button. No conversion is made. This happens when attempting to convert an AVIF file to PNG. Does not work. Any potential buyer should click on the Image Format Factory Support button to see what the developer’s support web site is like. For me it was a 1-page flashing poster with Chinese words and characters on it. It appears to me that there is no support available for this application at all. Bottom line: for me, the application does not work and there is no support from the developer.
This app functionality is not as promoted. Spesifically it is not working with AVIF format.
I’ve downloaded a few apps that I through would do this and spent much more on them. This one seems simple, it converts to different formats and that’s what I needed. Others add watermarks, resize, etc. but this one just converts to different formats simply and that’s what I needed. Also, I loved that UI. Most others like it were really ugly and old early-windows-looking. Also, it was really fast. Cons: I could be wrong, but I don’t think this app will do other things like resizing, etc.
