Good afternoon, I tried to purchase/ upgrade my ticket thru the app earlier. Paradise Pier Concierge mentioned the system was down. So we went to the in person ticket booth. Purchased my upgraded ticket along with the Genie pass ( $131.00), compared to 209.00. Which wife had paid for 3 others. Basically I/we saved about 80.00 or spending 320.00 more thru the app. Is this price gouging? Your thoughts are appreciated. Mr Ruben Nuñez

It is such a pain to use Genie Plus and it keeps making me add my ticket to the reservation. Plus, it won’t let me have it on multiple phones for some reason. I hate how there is so much planning involved for Disneyland now. It seems like I’m always on my phone vs. enjoying the park. Also, it’s such a money grab to have to pay for FastPasses now.
