After two paid upgrades, TP doesn't work

After paying twice to upgrade, Textilus Pro is disabled on my Mobile. I wrote three times to the developer and received no response. Notice comes up saying I'm a Free User. It tries to collect a third fee. I am a twice-paid user and want a working App! On the second upgrade, instead of integrating my documents, a separate app appeared, with none of my documents. Now neither version works. The developers apparently don't know what they are doing. Gary

Shameful Greed

I have been a loyal user of Textilus and another app of yours for many years, referring it to others. Why must I pay $5.99 for an update for something I already paid for? The least you can do is give existing users a significant discount (I would not pay more than $1.99 for it, if that). After all, this app wouldn’t even be in existence without loyal customers/users. Oh how quickly developers forget that. I’ll make sure not to make any further referrals.

No instructions on how to use the app. It contains customer service link but they do not respond to messages

Upgrade to Textilus Pro

I don’t understand why I keep receiving a text whenever I’m using the app to upgrade to Txt Pro when I already did I have the latest version on my Mobile. Please fix this annoying issue.
