The spreadsheet for madcow is completely inaccurate and it’s not even close. Idk if I should start over the program now properly or what. This app is useless.

The Madcow template is terrible. The percentages are not correct and doesn’t follow the logic of an intermediate program.
As a longtime user of StrongLifts 5X5 I wanted to add some variety to my workouts. The app seems to be good for incorporating variations of 5x5. I would like to see the ability to link with Google health as I generally use my Google Watch for tracking certain data points such as workout time and calories.
