Spammer Haven

This app is being used to house spammers and be used as a platform for distributing spam. EVERY DAY for the last two weeks I’ve received some message about “your team is waiting for you” with a different “team” each time. Confluence provides NO way to opt out of receiving these messages, and violates the CAN SPAM Act.

Poor interoperability with other company apps

The desktop app allows you to access confluence directly from Jira if your signed in, however the mobile versions of these apps do not support these features or other cross product use cases. This is pure laziness on the part of the developer and really degrades the mobile experience.

The best way to write in Confluence

The Confluence app has become my favorite way to write in Confluence. Having dark mode is so refreshing. And the list of formatting features continues to grow to the point where I can create most basic pages without having to crack open my laptop.

Can’t publish changes due to generic error

Seems like the app might be useful for basic things like updating a page, but it’s completely broken for editing. It just returns “oops something went wrong” errors. Not sure what the app is for, maybe just reading?
