Great idea. Actions like tweeting don’t give points

Some actions don’t work, some dont grant any points

Some actions called to leave a message but not working- does not provide any way to actually leave a message. Actions like tweeting dont Grant any points. Makes it frustrating.

Never can get a ticket

Hi, I live near Central Park and have over 700 points and am not able to get a ticket for the event in Central Park. I have never been able to get a ticket no matter how many points I have, I couldn't get tickets last year either. Can you help me with this? I have an old Android 6 and have contacted Global Citizen multiple times and no one gets back to me.
