Every time looking for real teachers and they say private lessons are not available

I have enrolled for on Black Friday! I used it for 2 days and it’s not something new! I found it very boring. After one month they took $49 automatically without letting me know! Btw, they kept sending me notifications about new lessons waiting for you lab lab labh but when it comes to payment they didn’t send something about automatically payment. I really feel so upset about that.

Dentro de la app no puedes hacer todas las actividades educativas. El servicio de atención al estudiante es muy malo y solo funciona con los horarios de México, no con los horarios de EEUU
