Wasted time

Spent way too much money to have my crate cruising around town in a hot box truck telling me it's out for delivery 4 days in a row. 2 of my friends had their crates ship out the same day as mine and both received theirs. I assume it's because they're on the same side of town and driver didn't want to make his way over here. I called the shipping company and they told me they'd be out Saturday morning and be sure to be home. Well I waited home all morning and they never showed, wasted my entire Saturday morning. When and if this crate ever shows up I will be deleting the app and never ordering again. Instead I'll be spending my money supporting local breweries and retailers.

Ordered in middle of may beer was supposed to arrive the 7 of June took over a 100$ and no beer contacted the delivery company and the person was helpful saying she texted the driver and called but no response from the driver she said was to call me back the 9th of June but no call and still no beer avoid this app unless you like paying for stuff you do not get Update today got a text asking if I would be home this evening the 15 of June and I said yes for my delivery was contacted again and asked about an earlier time yes of course. Beer arrive in great package and the one I tried is really good. Shame it took this long. But might give them another shot as I love craft beers I can not get around me. Prost

Unable to get the app to work, was hoping to check out the app but it won’t even download for me. Hoping it gets fixed

I got a couple deliveries from Tavour, usually later than they said the beer would be delivered. One time they just up and forgot to send my package of beers. Took almost a month to get it sorted out because they don’t answer their phone or email. They gave me a refund but that just meant I didn’t get any beer from them in two months. They could have gave me a credit for a free beer or something for the inconvenience and wasted time trying to get ahold of them.
