viagogo Tickets for Android

Absolute crooks. Maliciously bad customer service. Zero morals. Travelled 500 miles to see a concert for our anniversary and spent the hours leading up to it frantically trying to access our tickets. Never happened. No tickets. No help. No help with trying to get refund.

We Just bought the tickets for the match between real madrid and getafe (300€) and they gave me a ticket with another name on it and they don’t lemme in so this app is a big mess

App functions poorly-doesn’t scroll right, interface is weird, etc. And then on top of that they are shady and slow and generally frustrating to deal with. Will never book with viagogo again to be sure.

We bought tickets for a huge concert at Fenway Park and paid a lot of money. It was a special occasion and weekend away for my husband and I. We had to travel 3 hours so we also booked a hotel (more expenses), but were so excited to go. When I couldn’t access the tickets the week before the concert on the app, I called customer service…again and again and again. After three phone calls and many emails, I still have no tickets and no refund, even though their website guarantees it. No one ever called me back, even though I was told it was being elevated to the “relevant department” and I would have tickets. Now I have no tickets, after paying over $500. Please buy tickets through another company that is reputable and cares about its customers. There should be a “zero stars” button because it seems too kind giving them even one star. Complete scam site!

35.000 reviews can’t be biased. This company ignores any force majeure to get a refund. Stay away from here.
